Abuse And Crime In Wales
After my divorce I moved to South Wales after over a year of homelessness but have been subjected to a relentless torrent of abuse and crime in every place I've lived while being left abused by everyone I've sought help from.
Of particular note are the following incidents:
- Left subject to Illegal and Inhumane psychological torture in every place I lived
- Repeated illegal entry into my flats when I've been out
- False allegations by police and solicitors (also discrimination)
- Injured nerve in my left wrist due to reckless use of handcuffs by court security guard
- Left without electricity for nearly 2 years in Cardiff flat (no heating or hot water etc.)

Abuse And Crime In Porth Flat
I ended up living in a rough neighbourhood of South Wales that a council housing team placed me in. I was subjected to the following abuse there and ended up homeless again because my cooperation with the authorities had again evaporated due to the way I was being treated:
- Relentless illegal and inhumane psychological torture (sleep deprivation)
- Harassment by police, mental health, and social services who ignored abuse I reported
- Discrimination and damaging false allegations about axes and firearms by a local solicitor I sought help from. (caused more unwarranted harassment by police and psychiatrists)
- Theft of cash from my wallet by police and damage to my camera
- Repeated illegal entry into my flat while I was out
- Violence by neighbouring tenant who had been torturing me
- Theft of electricity and people turning my electricity supply off
- Verbal abuse and spitting by a neighbour (another of my landlord's tenants)
- Gaslighting
- Hacking of my internet connection and computer
- Almost injured by landlords dangerous driving followed by physical aggression by him (he effectively assaulted me)
- Left living in damp mouldy basement flat
- Charged for work not carried out on my car by a local garage
- Left without legal support from a multitude of legal firms I sought help from

Violence By Neighbour In Porth
- This guy appeared to have been recruited by Mental Health services to coerce me using illegal psychological torture.
- The police took virtually no action despite my video evidence of his violence at my front door.
Aggression By Landlord In Porth
- Occurred when I confronted him about torture I'd been subjected to by one of his tenants.
- His dangerous driving nearly crushed my legs - I nearly suffered serious injuries.
- His use of physical force when I was no longer by his car constitutes Battery. (s.39 Criminal Justice Act 1988)
- His lack of concern regarding torture allegations by his tenant indicates his complicity in what happened.
- The housing authorities had his number and I suspect he and his tenant were recruited to do their dirty work for them.
Abuse And Crime While Living Rough In Porth
After ending up homeless again in Porth I ended up living in the front of my small van for a year where I was subjected to another load of abuse and crime.
- Had my van pelted with raw eggs while I was living in it (some came inside)
- Verbal abuse and harassment by yobs (felt like I was about to get mugged)
- Repeated criminal damage to my vehicle
- Harassment and abusive behaviour by police
- Harassment and intimidating behaviour by a guy who'd been involved in torturing me
- Hacking of my computer to destroy evidence of harassment I'd caught on camera
- Interference with my vans security by household who'd been involved in torturing me
- False allegations by member of household who'd been involved in torturing me
- False allegations by police upheld by judge based on hearsay alone
- Injured nerve in my left wrist due to reckless use of handcuffs by court security guard

- Note: Yellow arrows indicate damage caused by mounting solar panels to my roof to cope with living rough in my van. This damage wouldn't have occurred if I hadn't ended up homeless again.

I Was Nearly Mugged While In My Van
- My van was surrounded my a mob of thugs coming right up to my windows
- Had I not had my camera filming, it's highly likely I'd have got mugged or beaten up.
- They were very verbally abusive and clearly trying to hide their faces to avoid identification.
- One had his fist raised and clenched as if he was about to launch an attack.
- No one else was around when this happened - I could have been seriously injured.
Abuse And Crime In Cardiff Flat
I moved to Cardiff after the appalling way I was treated in Porth, but due to a lack of legal support, no deterrent had been served and I was also still left highly exposed to abusive idiots in rented accommodation due to damages not having been paid.
As a result I was yet again subjected to all sorts of abuse and criminal behaviour:
- Left without electricity for nearly 2 years in Cardiff flat (no heating or hot water etc.)

- Left being illegally tortured etc. by:
- Landlord
- Letting Agent
- Council Housing Officer
- Council Hub Staff
- Police
- MP Jo Stevens
- Repeated illegal entry into my flat while I was out (slugs being left in kitchen)
- Verbal abuse by landlord and letting agent
- Abusive behaviour by landlord
- Gaslighting
- Antisocial ringing of my flat's buzzer during (including at night)
Hounding And Invasion Of Privacy While Homeless Yet Again
The abuse and crime I was subjected to in my Cardiff flat combined with an ongoing lack of support from the legal profession led to me becoming destitute yet again where it feels like I've been subject to yet more extremely psychologically damaging behaviour:
- Endless hounding and monitoring my local authority and outreach workers
- Seizure of post I had sent to the c/o address at the Huggard homeless centre. (it took nearly 6 months to retrieve one item that was seized)
- Lack of privacy and private space
